****PY SERVICE ALL AROUND

I went into Delmas FNB to get help linking my other bank account to PAYPAL which is something that FNB is in charge of only to be given no help they wouldnt even call a manager to help with my query instead they phone FOREX. NOW i have put so many requests for someone from FNB to contact me with regards to my problem and nobody does 2 days turns into 2 month. Now I know that you get a commision on PAYPAL so why wont anybody at FNB help me?????? OR DO YOU ONLY TRAIN PEOPLE ON CERTAIN TASKS IN CERTAIN TOWNS? Because in a little town 300kms away they have someone who once was able to help me with this same issue but that was four years ago I guess you dont TRAIN anyone like you used to. And I know what will happen they will send me a reply fnb will get back to you AND NOBODY WILL.
