When you thought you trusted your bank and then they flippen ***** from you. Paid off my personal loan on 11 July, went into the branch few days later and they confirmed nothing else was owed account was paid up. On my statement it said balance due 0.99 and then on 24 July I get debited the amount of R225.17 which is not possible as it was confirmed all was paid. I email and eventually got refund of R108.13 and apparently the other R117 is owed. Called the personal loans and eventually they hung up on me. FNB, I want my balance BACK as it was PAID IN FULL AND CONFIRMED
