Puturarit Service from FNB Private Suite
Good day
This query is relating to the rectification of an undesired temporary loan, I had contacted the suite on two occasions directly after this error occurred, my banker is currently unavailable at the moment therefore Lizzel had been trying her best to resolve this, there was an investigation logged by the loans department and to my dismay the funds had been deducted from my account. I did not agree to the full amount nor the terms and conditions, it is ***** activity if I am responsible for an administrative fee if I don't accept the terms and conditions nor the offer.
