PUTTING US AT RISK

FNB really don't know what has happened to your once excellent service!!!! After querying why online payments were going through on virtual card and I wasn't asked to verify the CCV no. or even authorise the purchase. I was told that certain accredited vendors the purchase goes right through. SERIOUSLY how is this keeping us safer using our virtual cards. A subscription I only took for a limited time, guess what another deduction has come off my account, again using my virtual card. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.
