Putting their own delivery addresses and threatening me to charge me fees for that!

I have ordered an FNB connect sim to be delivered to my work address. FNB puts the wrong address to be delivered to. Now they send me sms's saying that I will be liable to pay for extra charges if the sim is not collected today!!!

You guys put the wrong address!!!not me, if you guys charge me for failure of delivery I will personally SUE you guys!!
