PUTRID SERVICE FROM FOREX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning I received an email from Marc Chetty requesting supporting documents from Forex for a forex payment, he didn't specify what documents he requires or which payment this specifically relates to as we have various payments incoming on a weekly basis. We struggled to call our forex banker and when we eventually got through to her we were informed that the email was relating to this specific payment. We immediately submitted our supporting documents but have not received as much as an acknowledgment of receipt. Our business model is very much reliant on cash flow and the lack of communication from our bank puts us in a terrible position. We have been considering moving our business else where for a while and such experiences make it apparent that we need to do just that in order to get the consideration we deserve.

Neither our business banker Andre Haupt or our forex banker Roxann Paima is unable to provide us with an ETA either which really doesnt help!
