Putrid Service
I had a loan with your institution but settled in full principle debt with a 20% discount R16129.44 in August 2017 .Since date of settlement you have been deducting collection fees for a settled loan 26th AUGUST R4032.36, 27th OCTOBER R356.90 ,26th November R1808.05 . You are *****ing up my credit profile , making me loose money because of standing in ques out of work with nothing getting done, paying interest to money lenders in order to pay my accounts. So I would like to have every last cent back taken from my account without any communication and a compensation of R3000 for my losses and suffering and want to be sent proof of my Loan and Cheque accounts being closed and ITC update done, as I no longer want to continue in any business with your institution
