Putrid FNB rotten service

The fact that I have to come to the bank everyday for an hour to get nothing done is a problem. FNB canal walk is soooooo slow in everything. Like employ more people this is so ghetto and I always speak to highly of FNB and for a private wealth client this is the type of putrid service i receive. I am not happy about how FNB and the staff is dealing with me
