PUT YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS FNB AT YOUR WON RISK

What a colossally frustrating and painful experience it has been trying to become a Business Banking customer at this bank. You have to call multiple times to get your account number sent to you after you have completed application, only for you to have no access to your account through any online banking platforms.

Does FNB expect business owners to walk around with a checque book and withdraw cash for all transactions like the dark ages??? We spent months waiting for a enterprise banking "consultant" to contact us after filling out loads of forms and completing a useless online banking application process only to be ignored for months while FNB cashes in our our bank fees (FOR AN ACCOUNT WE CANNOT ESSENTIALLY USE, SEE BALANCES ON, SEE TRANSACTIONS, MAKE TRANSACTIONS, NOTHING!!!

What a horrible experience, FNB you have officially lost a customer. A warning to all businesses - CONSIDER FNB BUSINESS BANKING AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
