PUT A JUDGEMENT ON MY BY MISTAKE. FNB'S STAFF *********** TO HELP

Today I received my credit report from Sanlam and to my surprise I have a Judgment in my name that I know nothing about. It shows that it was app**** on 01 Jan 1900!!! Yes in 1900 before my Great Grandmother was born. I called FNB to find out what is going on? I was on the phone from 14:45 to 16:10 I still could not access their legal department to explain what that judgement is for. All the staff member i spoke to transferred me to the wrong department. I logged into my account and tried to get help through their chat, I still failed. I requested on numerous occasions for someone from legal to call me!!! Still no help. I wanted my contract for my car to be revised for me t get a good interest rate and because of that judgement my request was declined.
