Pushing their product

FNB Home Loans Credit Life division are pretty much the worst to deal with. They are rejecting valid insurance policies for bond cover, and not providing a legitimate reason, or no reason at all as to why the relevant policies are not in line with their rules. Their Compliance teams and Customer Service teams just do not respond. My next stop is the insurance Ombud and the banking Ombud.
