Purposely declined application

I Just wish there was a no star review as you (Binessaree Vishal) don't even deserve a star. Anyways im a new private banking client who thought i was going to get a good customer services with a bit of politeness but yoh !!!

In short , i wanted to get a bond and move the other bonds to FNB as well. My agent thought its better i compare the lowest rate 1st . In the process of doing that and asking for advice from my "banker Binessaree, Vishal" , i was told its being declined and i must not contact him again... just like that. Now ,my issue is how can it be declined before i even sign ?

- The 1st experience was me not able to get hold of him with empty promises of getting back from the 1st interaction and i thought its just a bad day for him. - Way rude with no intentions of making a client happy. - No time to explain if a client does not understand . - No empathy - does not answer question but impose what he's saying.

I have a record of the above on mail and just wish your calls are also recorded .

I don't know if i should say this is a complaint or warning as he will make you loose a lot of clients as i'm also on my way out and definitely will strongly disagree with who ever i know and would like to join you guys .

i don't have an issue with being declined but hate a bad attitude and rudeness from a sarcastic person while paying for him to service me better. Binessaree Vishal, the discount you were offering me are worthless when compared to your bad service and would rather loose them to a better customer service.

Lol , how can we help with is outdated , i think!
