I can tell you treat us like ******* we will go to otber banks who is not your standard.i spoke to 5 people unprofessional as hell . Please take your secure chat and give it to the dogs we are humans we need interactions not paasing the buck drop calls ect.i spend r30 mtn on you i use my connect card stil i could not get any help after 1hour of trying your consultant told ne go to a branch really. If a client contact you from any point they need help not frustration.where is customer services in FNB we know any type of service you render you dissapoint me and others.i am not happy. You slways treat me like ******* why cant yiu train your staff customer service.look at how people including me are complaining and you will.just look as us . I rate your service -3 out of 10
