Pure nonsense

Since the 5th of August when i have tried to withdraw money from an fnb atm and no money was dispensed. I have been to the OR Tambo branch, Golden walk, Lamton and always i complete the forms to have my money credited back to my account and till today i have not had any joy. I just received a call from a 'Fortunate' from the call center telling me to go back to the branch and complete another form since all the other 3 forms are not the correct ones. Now i have to pay for the incompetencies and stupidity of the fnb employees?. Why can't i be e-mailed the correct form?. I am so disgusted with the service from fnb
