Purchasing from Ebucks is a ****

I posted a review on Hellopeter last Thursday about two phones that I purchased from Ebucks and had sent in for repairs, I got a call from Declan on Friday only after the bad review. I told him that since Ebucks did not cover the damages on the 1st phone, to have it returned. He told me that they could not find the parts or a replacement on the 2nd phone. I asked for the phone to be returned. He called me yesterday, 3 July and was very blunt to the point where he was not even listening to my concerns. Unfortunately they could not find parts and did not have stock of my phone so it is Ebucks policy to have my account credited by close of day. He also told me that the phone has been destroyed because they could not return it. So at this moment Im out 2 phones that was purchased from the Ebucks website and my account was not credited for the amount and delivery fee that he prominsed. I was told repairs does not take more that 7 working days, I sent my phone in on 19 June. I want both my phones returned, how can you have the phones destroyed without my approval? Are the phones not my property? Not only does Ebucks have the worst possible customer service, this whole situation looks very ***** to me. I would never recommend buying anything from Ebucks to anyone.
