Punishment, not good at all!

In march 2024 I was supposed to pay my last installment on both my credit card as well as my personal loan. The payment was made as usual. Lo and behold the funds were miss allocated and went missing. After months of back and forth they threatened me with legal action. They handed over my accounts to their legal department. In January 2025 they basically forced me to do the payments again!! Which I did to avoid the legal drama. A few days after I did the re-payment the missing funds from March 2024 showed up in my credit card account. This resulted in the account being paid up and overpaid. As this is debt review account I cannot simply transfer the overpaid funds out of the account. I have sent emails, I have called, but to no avail. Their TAT system are mild suggestions, to put it mildly. What happened to this bank, it sure as hell is not the same bank I joined 20 years ago. I need a refund and I need paid up letters on my accounts!!!
