Provisional tax foreign concept to FNB

It seems impossible to get anyone at FNB to send me statements from October 2019 to Jan 2020 for my investment account's interest so I can submit it for PROVISIONAL TAX. Don't you have other clients asking you for the same thing????? Been to the branch 2x today as well as twice being on the phone and I still have nothing. Definitely going to invest somewhere else.
