Provate banker who dowsnt cate about clients

Ive been trying to get hold of my private banker which have been gelping me.recently om unable to get hold of her as i have her contact numbers.when i check on my profile she has been changed.and i tried to call the one that os on my profile whom he has never bothered to contact me.still i cant get him.whats the ppint of having a banker if he is not botheres to contact his client base.why fnb doesnt let me know of they are changing my banker.whats this
