******* protected at Fnb bank

On 2023-03-25 I visited Fnb the Groove mall to open accounts for my kids in my hands I had my documents, my iPhone and iPhone charger upon arrival I placed everything on the table of teller no 8..of the lady called Tumelo who also saw my charger and assisted me….2 hours later I was done and I left the bank forgetting my charger teller no 8 table… in 10 -15 minutes while driving home I realised that I forgot my charger in the bank immediately made a u-turn to the bank when I got there my charger already missing… I asked the teller and the person she was assisting along with the supervisor Gloria (nathi)after I left and none of them knew were my charger disappeared.. when I requested they check the footage I was told I must open a case so thy can check it of which I did and the police were given were deliberately given a blank footage which showed nothing not even me going in or out of the bank… n here I am thinking Fnb is one of the safest banks we have in South Africa but no.. so this makes me wonder if I our monies are even safe in that bank..so what did is obstructing the end of justice by hiding the theive or protecting their own members who probably stole my expensive charger.. went to the bank few times n tried to call their call centre for assistance was transferred from one to another of which I never received any assistance to date…one will expect the bank to be a safe environment but clearly dats Fnb is practicing….I don’t know if is because am black or is this how you treat all your clients……..Resolution…. I would expect Fnb to give me my charger or provide the right footage to the police
