Protea gardens rude employee n heartless

Protea gardens employees they have 0 empathy and 0 customer service I deposited R800 and the machine gave me a receipt says unsuccessful but never gave enye money back I went inside explained my problem they just filled a form and told me I'll get my money after 24 to 72hrs I tried explaining that I need to return home this is my bus ticket money the lady responded and said "there's nothing we can do wait for Monday" I asked isnt she gonna show some empathy atleast she told me "we don't have money to give u here" n she just left me there and went to another customer like what the hell do they even attend customer service training if I was at another bank they would have apologized even if there's nothing they can do but just kindness would have worked as i have to miss my bus as their faulty machine inconvenienced me by not processing my deposit
