PROOF OF REFUND NEEDED

I need proof of an refund that was made to my own bank account as I never received that refund at all. My account was reported for my own funds I received from my personal account and I need that proof of refund urgently as it didn't show that it was actually paid . 04 October 2023 DR *** from account ***. I NEED THAT PROOF OF REFUND URGENTLY, I dont want to hear about you can't give it or there is no way to get proof of that refund because there should be one if the refund was made.
