PROOF OF PAYMENT SENT BUT STILL HANDED OVER TO ATTORNEYS

On the 18th of Feb 2019, the correct allocation of my payments was sent to Carol Nortje and ********** from my debt counsellor Visham Sewsunker. To date, no one has acknowledged this proof of payment. My account has been handled over to the attorneys despite me settling the FULL ACCOUNT OF R23 699-94. I’ve been trying to call your legal dept from the 4th of Feb but no luck. I am on hold 15 mins per call. I have provided Carol with a proper bank statement which would allow you to trace every transaction. I am now being threated with a summons from GLA attorneys (your collection agency). My debt counsellor has further opened a case with the NCR against FNB due to ******** demands and putting me under duress. I demand that someone call me and sort this matter out asap or else I would have no other choice but to lodge a civil matter. You are trying to money out of me when this account has been paid? I have done the responsible thing by undergoing debt counselling to pay back all amounts owing. FNB has taken full advantage of my situation. How many other people have you done this too? I want this matter sorted out asap.
