PROOF OF PAYMENT

I made a payment at an atm at Sam Ntuli Shopping centre in March and it did not reflect at the day care I sent it too. I went back and asked for a proof of payment and was told I should wait for their call as they do not look for such immediately so. I've been waiting till today and the number put on Google doesn't work.
