Proof of deposits - 1 month wait

It’s been a month waiting for my proof of deposits . Last week I was finally promised that I would receive them and now no one is replying to my emails . Kabelo Mathamelo from Sandton City branch was the last person to speak to me and has since been MIA . FNB is just as useless as everyone claims it is . During this period they should be trying to do their best to assist . Now I face my car being repossessed by Wesbank because some people cannot do their jobs . I have also made 3 queries online on Friday but no one has bothered to contact me .
