Proof of Deposit / Deposit slip request

I deposited R1000 at FNB ATM Mall of the South on Sunday 24 May 09:44 am to account number ***- T D MARKETS . Atm did not printout the deposit slip. Recipient is requesting proof of deposit and I have left for Eastern Cape. Called the contact centre i was told I must go to the branch. Is there no alternate that i can be emailed my proof of payment?
