Prompt action saved the day for me.

I went to branch of FNB, in Brakpan on during the week ending on 14-08-2020. For some reason or the other signing on branch lap top in banking hall kept rejecting the signon. I was beginning to get frustrated, but received timeous intervention and help from Angelicua Le Grange. It is a relief to have a staff member who is able to quickly realise that a client is struggling with something and promptly act for resolution. I left the bank relieved that my password did not end up locked. Thanks Angelica.
