**** promotion advertising

There was a promotion around December 2023 that was on their Boksburg Branch burners that if you have opened a premier account you automatically receiveR1000 to your account so i went inside and ask more of information and i was told by the consultant (Thapelo) that if your account is 3 months old receive your monthly salary and you have 3 debit orders you qualify. So from my side i did qualify now the issue is that every time i go to Boksburg branch they tell me a different story and if i contact FNB some guy on the phone he got shock of his life when i told him about this. i tried to contact them again on Friday the 02.02.2024 and i was sent from pillar to point. I find it so disappointing and misleading
