Promises not kept, disappointing sercice.

I have just called in requesting my bank statements, but I cannot receive the monthly statement because the system only sends it quarterly, I spoke to Thembelihle Emily Sithole on 09 October 2019 at 10h19 back in October and she said that she would make the changes for me, this was clearly not done and now I am inconvenienced because I cannot receive my statements, I urgently require my December - January statement.

Kindly assist with this ASAP
