Promises not honoured

<p>I took a loan in 2013 with FNB unfortunately due to financial constraints the loan was in arrears for 2 months. They submitted my account to G. Lawyers I started paying the instalment as well as G. Lawyers so they while amount came to R3700. I have settled the arrears with G.Lawyers and requested that they stop the debit order. In July FNB debited as well as G.Lawyers then I requested for a reversal and they reversed the money. What makes me so angry is that G.LAWYERS is not suppose to debit any more but till today they are still doing it Andrew I have the most frustrating job to go to FNB branch as request reversal moth after month. On the 13th of December 2016 a debit order went through again to G.Lawyers. don't know what to do anymore.</p>
