Promises and no result!

I wrote a complaint on hellopeter, received a call the next day advising someone from the ATM department will call me back to resolve my issue. Its been 3days and no one called. I sent follow ups and still nothing. I explained to the lady whp called how important it is to get my situation resolved. I guess I am just a number for FNB and not an important client. I will be moving away from FNB as they do not care about their clients.
