Promised never kept

<p>I came to your branch told them to cancel an unathorised debit order ,to my surprised I received a message stAting that there is another debit order put through I called again but nothing was done ,how many calls must one make or how many visit must one make in order for their query to be solved how do you as my bank allow 3 unathorised entry to come in my account and still charged me unpaid funds.?i trust you as a bank to do what I say ,you even sent a message that there is an unathorised debit from them I called them to cancel and I Also called you ,what must one do In order to get help from you people .now I have to pay 300 unpaid funds all because of your staff not doing their job ,I left my bank because I thought you were good but now I regret I'd ********** 642080 do you enjoy ripping people off I mean three unathorised debit order came through and I have to pay those unpaid funds because of your nonsense</p> <p> </p>
