Promise one interest rate then drop it by 1.65% when acct is opened

They promise a certain rate for a fixed deposit then once the account is opened they drop the interest rate by 1.65% They make mistakes and do not honor their commitment to me and that is after being their clients for around 27 years!! It takes 6 days for them to answer a very important email while I am losing interest.
