Promise not Kept

I went to the Benoni Lakeside Mall branch to collect a new cheque card which I never ordered at first. Received the card and was activated and all of a sudden my other smart account was linked to this card. I never gave the clerk the authority to link my accounts? I have a separate card for my smart account and don't want my cheque card to be linked to that smart account. Make the matters worse, the clerk advise that she will reverse a D/O of R99.00 from my account. To date she has not done that? I ask myself is it worth it to keep my account with such institution? Rub salt on the wounds, I went to put petrol on my car, only to be told that I have exceeded my daily limit on the new card, what an embarrassment for only R300.00. I don't want my cheque card to be linked to my smart account, I want the d/o to be reversed. If someone who cares can attend to this and give feedback. I give FNB a MINUS ZERO rating.
