PROFILE NOT UPDATED ON THE CREDIT BUREAU

I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT A YEAR AGO, TO DATE NO CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE ON MY CREDIT BUREAU PROFILE. ON 2ND MARCH 2015 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM MASALA OCTAVIOUS CONFIRMING THAT THE LOAN ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED ON YOUR BOOK. BUT IT WAS NEVER UPDATED ON THE BUREAU. PLEASE UPDATE MY PROFILE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
