Profile fixing

i have been calling and communicating with FNB for 3 months now , i found out that they have my profile as under debt review . i have submitted supporting documents etc.. and was told it will sorted with in 24 to 48hrs . nothing has happened thus far am so irritated pls fix my profile . i have been with the bank for over 10yrs and i am unble to get any offering form them !!!!!!
