Previously i had inquired about changing my home loan to FNB and was told as my wife was not a permanent resident and we are married in COP, FNB could not assist with a bind switch. Ashvick from private clients called to get me to upgrade my premier account, he assisted me in getting the bond approved, with a much better rate.
