I would like to Compliment the First national bank branch in Vangate Mall Cape Town. On Saturday , 2nd September 2017. I accompanied my mother for a card replacement at their branch. As I was standing in ques, i observed the amount of team work their staff including the branch manager was displaying. the branch manager was on her feet walking across the floor helping clients. the was a lady by the name of Michelle as well. they were soo united! I, am not a FNB client. but the way that they presented themselves that day, makes me feel like changing banks. a BIG shout out to them!
