Professional and Compassionate Assistance at Sunward Park FNB from Senamile

I was at the Sunward Park FNB Branch today after having been to two other branches in the East Rand. The situation was extremely stressful as I had to assist my elderly mother with her finances, including a reinvestment and new account. The process was lengthy. Senamile was such a great help. She was patient, and never did I feel rushed, even after making a few errors which needed to be redone on the app. Senamile also gave me great advice that I was not aware of, which will make the administration of my mother’s account so much easier. She was about to leave for lunch when there was a glitch again, due to me forgetting the new password. She went back to her table and assisted me further until all was finalized and in place. I am grateful for her professionalism.
