**** process of getting statements 😒

Appalled beyond measure. Having to hold on the phone for over an 1hr 20 minutes with no option to get a call back. The irony is the automatic message that keeps saying ' your call is important ' besides if my request to be emailed my statement was done I would have to spend so much time holding . It's absurd that the agen that initially helped could only send 6 months statement and not the full year... After holding so long you get transferred to be assist with same request. Where am I not getting this puzzle FNB ?????
