Process delay..

I must say that I'm really not pleased with the service I'm getting from FNB Home Loans right now. I recently did a FURTHER LOAN application and when I was promised 21 days for the entire process to be finalized. It's almost 3 months since the initial application. It has been approved yet the process is moved from one conveyancer to another and FNB has not sent the necessary documents to the current conveyancer (they are waiting).... My colleague did the same application with one of the major banks a day after me and she received the funds she app**** for. By the look of things, its going to drag the same way it did in 2021 with the current home loan.

Had I known that it will take a decade and not 21 days, I would have made other means.
