PROBLEMS WITH FNB MONEYGRAM

Having trouble with sending money to Nigeria with moneygram. Yesterday I tried sending money using cellphone banking, no success. Tried few times. Then went to ATM machine. No luck. Went to another ATM machine, also no luck. Went to the branch. The teller tried to do the transaction twice, also with no success. They advised me to phone FNB Forex. They tried to help me doing the transaction while I'm online, but still no success. They asked me to go back to the branch and update the beneficiaries information. Tried again to do transaction with cellphone banking and then at ATM. No success. Phoned Forex again and they advised me to send an email enquiry. I am so sick and tired of having trouble with moneygram. Every single time I'm trying to send money, there are issues. Sometimes it takes 4 days to resolve the matter. I don't know if there is another way to send money to Nigeria, because FNB's moneygram suck!
