Problems with FNB Business banking AGAIN

My Husband is having trouble yet again with FNB, Now he is not receiving OTP's since yesterday, but it was working fine till Friday, asking for help on the banking app is pointless because it does not seem like they want to really help, he needs to make payments A.S.A.P and is looking time and money because of this????????
