Problems with FNB

FNB decided to reFICA my accounts nearly 10 years after first being opened after completing and submitting all required documentation and several telephone calls my banking profile has still not been activated i am unable to transact on any of my accounts causing great frustration and problems it appears that this problem is never going to be resolved
