Problems with applying for a loan

On the 24th of June I went to the Menlyn branch to apply for a loan. I provided a payslip of April for the loan and my drivers license as proof of ID. The lady then told me that the only problem might be my older payslip.

The following day I receive an sms stating the bank requires a copy of my ID as well as proof of residence.
The 27th I went back with my ID and proof of residence. They then told me this would be enough.
Today the 29th I contacted the loans department, they said they still require my proof of residence and a copy of my ID.

I was then contacted by LibertyLife or something like that on behalf of FNB. They then said for my lone to be approved I need to still provide my proof of residence, copy of ID and the newest payslip.

The service I have received is unacceptable. I have spent more than enough time heading into branches due to FNB's incompetency. I will be leaving FNB as soon as possible
