Problems to just close an account

<p>I sold all my shares on my share account and asked that the account be closed and the funds transferred to my other account. The guy on the phone said that he sent an instruction and that it will be done. This was 3 days ago. To day I see the account is still open, new shares have been bought!!! What instruction did this guy even give because I authorised no buying of shares. And now its making a loss!!! Terrible to get hold of them... Terrible service so far!!!</p>
