Problems on FNB accounts

I cannot even give a rating to FNB. I have been experiencing problems with FNB for a long time now. My global account is still not closed although it was asked for several times. Today I wanted to buy something on Takealot. I tried it 3 times. I tried twice with my credit card and once with my Fusion account. All three times I was given a pin. Al three times it was declined. I am sick and tired of this nonsense. I now lost my ebucks on this amount which is quite substantial as I had to ask someone else to buy it on my behalf. I have been complaining that there is something wrong on my account a long time ago when I was suddenly blocked to use any of my cards on a Sunday. I couldn't even draw money. That was then resolved but it seems like there is still a problem. If this continues I really would have no other choice than to move to another bank.
