Problems never go away

There is no use you pioneer and become innovative if your tools are consistently failing. It's been 3 weeks, nobody is helping me with my dispute, I have lodged it twice, I keep getting disconnected from the message tool. Day after day for weeks. This is the worst way I have ever had to just get help to reverse a transaction.

I also asked weeks ago for help with a business facility and that was just ignored as well? So what is the use I am with a bank that doesn't help me and I have to pay all these fees?
