Problems encountered in porting a number from FNB Connect to other network

This company is a mess. Once you port your number to them they ensure that they frustrate you so that you may never port your number to any other network. I've being trying since July 2021 to port my number back to Vodacom without any success. They are the Masters in using every trick in the book to keep you in their network. I regret the day I ported my precious number of more than 20 years to them. Only God knows what they are up to. Please FNB do the right thing once in your life and do this simply process of porting my number to Vodacom.
