Problem with temporary loan
Good day
I use to take a temp loan at FNB. I receive salary on 1st an 6th of every month.
When I do need the loan I take it out on the 1st and then when my second salary payment is payed in on 6th of the month, the loan is deducted I am able to take a loan till the next payday, with out any problems. I do realise a loan is a favour, but that said in this difficult times your bank is all you can depend on.
So this is my problem now, on 1st Feb 2018 I took a temp loan, and today on the 6th it was repayed in fulle like always. But diffenent then other time I tried wuth on luck to take a temp loan again. After calling FNB numerous times they keep on in forming me that they can not change the system, and that I only qualify for a temp loan on 22/23 Feb. As I need to pay extra expenses, it is impossible for me to wait that long.
I do not understand this problem, as the previous loan is payed in full. And I can always take a new temp loan IMMETIATELY. Why do I have to wait now? FNB are my bank since forever, and now in need they will not help me. Please FNB INam in a predicament because of this problem.
If you can not depend on you bank, they are worthless. I feel to change my bank if this problem presist.

Kindly be advised that Temp Loans where unable to get a hold of you however they have sent you a email as per the below.
Email Customer : ***, Subject : ***NF, Message : Good day Mr Nel Kindly note that we tried calling you, however your line was engaged. Please note that the Temporary Loan is a pre-scored, short-term credit facility offered to pre-selected customers, where they can borrow a fixed amount interest-free loan over a period of 31 days. Potential clients are pre-selected, pre-scored, and are existing FNB cheque or transactional account-holders. The pre-selection and granting of the offer, is subject to a range of criteria and affordability measures. Having an account with FNB is not an automatic qualification. The Temporary Loan offer is subject to a customer’s account going through an automatic credit scoring process. On this basis, you presently do not qualify for a Temp Loan, as it cannot be influenced by any one at any level in the Bank as this is an automated pre-scoring process, you can try applying for the loan on the 22 February 2018.
