Problem with estate department in Benoni, Lakeside mall

I lost my husband in 2021 and when I went to the bank for my husbands account I was told to get a whole lot of documentation which I did and October I went back I was told I would have access to our money in a few days by the lady who was helping me in Likeside mall in BENONI but later found out it would take 21 days even when those 2- days passed I still could not have access they told me to come and check on the 9th December which is tomorrow. I do not trust that it will happen because their number has been ringing with no answer I am struggling because my husband was the only one employed and we have 3 children. I am highly dissatisfied with this service and nobody seems willing to take responsibility what is worse is that they said I should go and check meaning there is a chance I may not get it tomorrow. either What is worse I am expected to spend money that I do not have because Lakeside mall is far from where I live. I cannot even face my children now because we are struggling
